Hi there!
Thanks for tuning in. I’m so excited to launch Looking Forward Counseling and continue working with brave individuals who want to build towards a more fulfilling life.
The name Looking Forward was inspired by my mother. As we drove through the hills of Vail during her weekend stay in Colorado, the mist rolling through the beginning of summer, she said something that resonated: “We all need something to look forward to.”
At Looking Forward Counseling, I recognize that each individual is unique but that we are also grounded in the search for fulfillment and wellness. I honor your individual journey and look forward to building with you towards what you’re wanting, what you’re dreaming of and that things you’re working to discover.
Whether it’s been a tough few weeks, a tough year, or a tough chapter, keep looking forward—there is so much to be discovered with your mindful intention and effort into taking care of yourself.
Søren Kierkegaard said, “life is lived forward but understood backward.”
I look forward to reflecting on your journey so far and working on your personal goals with you.
