I use a person-centered, clinically-minded CBT and mindfulness based approach to help identify the frameworks of holistically healthy living therapeutically.
I also offer immersive sound healing experiences as part of the beginning, end or as an individual session. This sound healing experience incorporate crystal sound bowls, an ocean drum, chimes, as well as a gong. If preferred, a meditation can also be woven into this experience for a more holistic exploration of intention through the body-mind connection.

I am currently accepting Insurance through Headway. I currently accept Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Colorado and United Healthcare insurance. I can provide you and your insurance or health savings account provider, with a monthly invoice, which may be covered in full or in part, based upon your provider’s requirements.
