This year has brought so much growth to Looking Forward Counseling—from meditations, sound baths to training in EMDR this fall, Looking Forward continues to offer new experiences to provide more tools and resources during sessions for holistic and long-lasting wellness. I’m grateful for all the great sessions this summer and look forward to continuing to evolve and expand to deepen therapeutic work.
