Hi there,

Happy almost spring! I’m excited to share that the meditation room is now open. I offer in person crystal sound bowl or traditional meditations in zen room anytime as a way to begin, end, or as a focus of processing during session.

Below is a meditation on stillness I’ve created and wanted to share.

Wishing you all a beautiful start to spring!

Stay well, wonderful and weird,

Delia

Still Universe Meditation

Find yourself here, notice your mind, body and soul.

Observe the mind today,

The body today

And your soul, spirit or essence today.

Tend to this moment in stillness

So that we may appreciate the present for the gift that it is.

So that we can come home to ourselves and each other

Over and over again

So that we can remember that every moment is a new opportunity to wake up.

Breathe in –noticing yourself fully alive, fully here.

Breathe out—letting go of any stress or tension that is not serving you.

It is simply background noise.

Breathe in—offering yourself compassion without boundaries.

Breathe out—offering yourself permission to let go of what binds.

Breathe in—love.

Breathe out—the background noise. It is not the truth.

The poet Nayirah Waheed says, “if the ocean can calm itself, so can you. We are both salt water mixed with air.”

Give yourself permission to be both: salt water and air—both flowing and ethereal, wrapped up in knowing and not-knowing simultaneously.

Permission to be here, acknowledging what comes up, taking inventory of the entire universe inside of you.

Let us embrace

The mind today,

The body today,

                                                            The soul today

For all that it is.

For all it has allowed you to become.

For all that you are.

Breathe in—holding this sacred space.

Breathe out—allowing grace for your celestial body & mind having a human experience.

Breathe in—remembering that you are everything.

Breathe out—remembering that you are nothing short of infinitely resilient.

Remember you are infinitely resilient.
